What is a most common mistake that customer make when ordering from your website?

Please make sure you enter your registered address as shown in your paypal account address when entering the delivery details during checkout.

Can I collect item from your company's address?

Yes, you can collect ordered item from our company's address within the company's opening timing and you need to first call us to make arrangements for the collection.

Do you deliver outside the Europe and Scandinavia?

Yes, we delivery to most of the regions. Kindly confirm if you reside other than Europe, Scandinavia, USA, Canada and Australia.

Can I order by phone?

If you would prefer to place your order by telephone please call customer services. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday - 9.30 am - 5.30 pm. If we are busy, kindly leave a message and one of our agents would contact you.

I am not able to add the product into my cart, what is the reason?

Please make sure that the product is in stock.

Can I have my product delivered to an address other than my registered billing address and is there any extra cost involved?

Yes you can choose a different shipping address during the checkout process at no extra cost.

What is the delivery time?

Standard delivery option takes 3-5 working days. Next working day delivery option is available for all orders placed by 1200 hrs Monday to Friday. Order placed on Friday before 1200 hrs will be delivered on Next working day as we don't deliver on Saturday and Sunday. For order placed after 1200 hrs we will still try to deliver it next working day but it may take an extra working day.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order from your login area or through email or by calling our customer service number within 1 day of placing your order. Please see full term and conditions for order cancellation in our terms and condition page.

How can I check status of my order?

Please visit order status page at http://brandslock.com to get the order status.

I did not receive order confirmation email?

This happens because you might have not entered your email address correctly. We also recommend our customers to add info@brandslock.com to their address book. You can confirm your order by checking the status of your order as described in previous question or by calling our customer service number.

How do you use the details provided to you?

Any information you provide us with is used only to fulfil your order and for sole marketing purposes. Your phone number may be given to the delivery agent to help expedite your delivery. However, we will never pass on any of your details to another organization that does not directly deal with your purchase from us or sell them on. We ensure not to pass on information to any third party and thereby adhere to the Data Protection Act principles.

Is the website secure to put my credit and debit card details on?

We understand the importance of security when entering your card details on the internet. Our checkout pages are secured.
