The good new is 3 days later I was contacted by DHL for my command. It's the first time I use this web site to buy leather jacket. Before I bought jackets from BrandsLock through Amazone. I rated my experience with Brandslock a 3. The rating could be higher, however; the jacket I ordered indicated it was in stock, on the website. Brandslock contacted me and stated there was a technical glitch, the jacket I ordered was out-of-stock and the website was wrong. I’m now waiting on the back-ordered jacket. Brandslock did give me 3 options though and explained the error on their part.

I like the styles of their merchandise. Their products are trendy and very fashionable. but there is a con, the website needs to be updated and fixed it's hard to order on their website and start to order a product because the face of the website when you're searching for products, it sends you to the very beginning again and it's hard to pay with your credit card The face of the website seems to malfunction when you are scrolling to look at their products. And when you go to pay for something, it always shuts down.

Jacket was far too small despite size being selected from the chart on their website. They asked me to pay for return postage (which I refused so they paid). Replacement was sent out pretty quickly, but is still on the right side tbh. It should stretch a bit as it is shearling.

Once I figured out my sizing I have consistently been pleased with the products I order.
They fit very well and they are made with care. It's my go to brand when I need a leather Jacket.
Only wish they offered more via Amazon.ca (Canada). I often times get gift cards during the merry seasons and my first thought is to buy a Brandslock jacket but alas the options via this portal are few. Delivery is A+

The best buying experience I had after long time. They really know their products and how they fit. I ordered normal dress size and was asked for measurements of myself so that they could check the size against the actual garment. I was advised to go for one size up and was told that as leather garments are more expensive to produce that the manufacturers have not kept up to date with modern dress sizes so it was common to require one or even two sizes bigger than normal for certain styles. Don't be put off by this. I ended up with a jacket two sizes bigger than my standard dress size but it fits absolutely perfectly. It is beautiful and excellent quality. Highly recommended company.

Sorry, jacket not worn yet. My rating is based on ordering process experience. My only comment is jacket is lack of proof of authenticity in tags and labels. Could be nice if there is seal or tag that is saying,"100 leather" And info of what leather was used?

Wow, I am pleasantly surprised. I did not know this company and I was afraid to trust them. The speed of shipment, the quality of the product, the accuracy of the size mean that now I risk buying one of their product again. One small downside, the inaccuracy of the inventory system. I placed my order, everything seemed ok. 2 minutes later, I received an email telling me that one of the products I wanted was out of stock. I was disappointed. Strangely, the next day my order was shipped. In short, it was ultimately not out of stock. To improve the experience, there should be an icon next to each product, which says the exact update of product availability. It would give the customer confidence. Otherwise, great service and product.

Really nice, soft leather jacket for a great price. I usually take a Large but it was too small and there was no problem returning it. I then ordered a 2XL size and it's fine, although I could probably have done with a 3XL, as it only just fits. Will definitely use Brandslock in the future.

I was hesitant ordering from Brandslock as I have had never heard from this company before but I found them on Amazon and thought I would order from there website as the jacket I was interested in wasn’t sold on Amazon. The package came fast and the jacket seemed genuine and made of soft leather. I had to contact customer service and I was very happy with the gentleman who handled my enquire.

I was sceptical prior to ordering this product online; without trying it one first. As there was a lot about correct/ incorrect sizes....
So I called prior to placing an order, given the gentleman my chest size and he informed me that they come up bigger and directed me to the size I’d require.

It was a great fit and fantastic product. Good value and a lovely garment.
The arms are a little long, but this is better than too short.
I’m very pleased with this purchase and would recommend this company and product (and I do not write reviews that often).
