Perfect (read review for advice)
It’s absolutely perfect. Really nice quality. I took the advice from other reviews, measured my head and went up a size. I measured as a small but ordered a medium and it fits perfectly. Definitely recommend.

fantastic hat
I wore my hat out on a fancy dress occasion. I got many people saying it looked good. It is very good quality and very well made. Myself personally would highly recommend, even if its not for fancy dress,. also it is waterproof which did help me out .
Got it covered
I have bought these hats for many years. I normally just press the “buy again “ button. The last two purchases were too small. Beware if you normally buy large size as they have gone smaller.

The brim is not shapeable
I think the quality of the hat is fine and if you're happy with the shape then that's fine. I couldn't re shape the brim, so have returned it for a refund.

I bought this hat for winter dog walking. It is (completely) waterproof, a good brim to prevent rain on my specs and down my neck, a chin cord with toggle lock for security in wind, good quality, and very reasonably priced.
I wasn't overly confident in the chin cord supplied, especially when the knotted end pulled through the hole in the retaining tab. So I replaced it with a more robust nylon cord, and double-knotted it to make sure it won't slip through the retaining tab (see photo).
Also, when the toggle lock is at the lowest point of the chin cord, it can be difficult to get enough of a grip on the cord to pull the toggle lock up. So I put a small loop at the bottom of the cord so that I can always get a grip when raising the toggle lock.
Finally, when the hat arrives, it is stiff and retains the shape of the former on which it was made. Wearing it regularly softens the leather so that it gradually begins to conform to the shape of your head, making it fit better and feel more comfortable.
Good value but damaged
Good value £20 for a leather quality cowboy hat like this, it’s a bit heavy and stiff, you would expect from a leather hat. Too bad it arrived scratched hat to return. Also not the most comfortable again it’s expected.

Got this for my partner who loves all things cowboy. Excellent quality, its genuine leather as it says and is a very sturdy hat, had thought it may be sort of floppy and thin but was thankfully mistaken. Looks exactly as shown. It sits a little off centre but not in a very bad way, I suppose the slight imperfection gives an authentic feel. This is designed for practical use in the outback, we are Irish so eh...not exactly the same environment and I didn't buy it for this use. It really is a beautiful hat that could easily be worn in our wet climate or at the very least its a great addition to our old west themed living space, so my partner can live his dream of being a cowboy! Its says its for men but a hat does not care for gender and the size L fits even me with my small head. All round good purchase and value for what you get

Really nice hat but medium a little small for my 17yo, I've re-ordered a large. I need to return this one. Large arrived and I decided to keep medium for myself. Great for dog walking in the rain.
Lovely quality and genuine Aussie style
I was thrilled to get this hat as I returned to the UK after 20 years in Australia and miss it a lot.
I have a couple of Akubra hats which although are much more expensive than this particular hat they are not as good being in the rain.
This is beautifully made and comes complete with chin strap. There are small vents for circulation of air and this hat would be very comfortable to wear.
My only disappointment is the one I received is far too big for me.
It looks great hanging on my door though!

its a good quality all leather construction aussie cowboy hat, nothing seems cheap about it and the fit is pretty good maybe a little better after a bit of wear, it moulding to your head it will be a perfect fit. really good quality purchase for teh price
After years of searching, I finally have the PERFECT hat!
I've wanted the perfect hat for ages, however have a big head (61cm+), so have struggled to find one over the years. I've previously bought a Wallaroo suede hat, however didn't like the style and the brim was too wide and wobbled. I cannot begin to say how pleased I am with this hat. The style is perfect; firm but stylish. Australian quality leather, but with a slight American cowboy style to it, without being a full-blown cowboy hat. It truly is perfect, in my humble opinion. I'll feel comfortable wearing this out in all weather. For £19.99 it's an absolute bargain. I would expect to pay 3 times this in highstreet stores.
